I understand that by making this application, I am agreeing to become a member of the Astrological Association Great Britain Limited, when it becomes a Company limited by guarantee and understand that in accordance with its Memorandum of Association every member undertakes to contribute such amount as may be required (not exceeding £1) to the Company’s assets in the event of a Winding Up whilst they are Members or within one year after their membership ceases. |
